Dr Paul Aiken is the Managing Director and founder of Mona-Tech Engineering Services. He holds a Ph.D and a M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Columbia University. He has been a Senior IEEE member since 2011 and has held various engineering positions in both the United States of America and Jamaica such as Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Engineer and Senior Test Engineer at Intel Corporation, Arizona, USA.
Professor Archibald McDonald is the 13th principal for the University of the West Indies, Mona for which he served as head of the Department of Surgery (2002-2005) and Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences. He established the first Accident Emergency Department in Jamaica at the University Hospital of the West Indies in 1993. In 2010 he introduced the Doctor of Dental Surgery Programme to the UWI, Mona Campus. He facilitated the introduction of postgraduate programmes in Sports Medicine and Forensic Science.
Raymond Eytle is the UWI Human Resources representative on the Mona-Tech Engineering Services Board. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations. He has served as Manager for the Guyana Mining Enterprise Limited, Co-owner and Director of Frander Professional Services and is currently the Senior Assistant Registrar at the University of the West Indies.
Dr Cecil White is the University Hospital of the West Indies representative for Mona-Tech Engineering Services. Dr. White earned a Doctor of Education Degree from the Nova Southeastern University, Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Barry University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and and Applied Physics from the University of the West Indies.
Dr Vin Lawrence is the Industrial Representative (Construction) for Mona-Tech Engineering Services and has served in many capacities such as: Executive Chairman of the Air Jamaica board, Chairman of National Hotels and Properties, the Jamaica Bauxite and Aluminum Trading Company, Deputy Chairman of the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica, along with Petrojam, and Clarendon Alumina Production Ltd. He has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of West Indies Alumina Company (Windalco) and Jamalco.
Mr Wilfred Bassaragh is the Industry Representative (Energy) for Mona-Tech Engineering Services. He has a Master of Business Administration from the Nova Southeastern University, a Masters in Computer Based Management Information Systems from the UWI, Mona and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the UWI, St. Augustine. Mr. Bassaragh is the Chief Executive Officer for CiGenco and has held previous positions such as Chief Technical Officer for the Jamaica Energy Partners and Senior System Planner for the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited.
Mr. Winston St. Elmo Whyte is the Deputy Head Lecturer for the Department of Mathematics and the Head of the B.Sc. programme in Actuarial Science. He holds a Bachelors of Science Honors Degree in Mathematics from the UWI, Mona. Mr. St. Elmo Whyte is the Co-founder and Director of FIRM Insurance Brokers and ACTMAN International Limited. He is also the Chairman of the Industry Advisory Committee and the WIGUT pension committee.
Mrs. Elaine Robinson is a focused and results oriented accounting professional with years of experience with Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing and Contract management. She has been the Campus Bursar for the UWI, Mona campus for the past twenty-three years.

Ms. Monique Thomas is currently the Legal Officer for Mona-Tech Engineering Services Limited, and is certified to practice as an Attorney-at-Law in Jamaica. She currently holds a Bachelors in Law from the University of the West Indies Mona and a Legal Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School.
